"First and foremost, I'd like to say that Gentle Care is the best animal hospital I've ever been to. I do have some comparison with vets in Germany, and also here. You guys are far ahead and unbeatable. Your touch and commitment to the animals and the owner is remarkable. It was always a bit of a challenge to get my two pooches to the vet. No problem anymore. They even seem to be happy to see you all. Amazing =)
My special kudos and thanks, though, has to go to Dr. Krahn. She is my hero. Her way with my dogs, her patience even after I ask the 1,000th question, her dedication, and passion is absolutely outstanding. When Jasper was so sick, she not only helped making her healthy again, she also comfort me, which really eased my mind. Dr. Krahn, you rock =)
Unfortunately I don't know the names of the technicians who are in the rooms when the dogs see a doc, but they deserve a big thanks as well! Everyone is great, competent - and so good with the dogs. I mean, seeing how you approach my dogs, how you handle them, just the way you all are with them, is awesome. I know - no matter what they might have - my mind is on ease because I know they have the greatest vets.
Everyone at Gentle Care is super nice, sweet and helpful. Whether its when calling for appointments or refills, calling in on short notice .. no matter what it is, I never heard anyone getting inpatient, and never ever was anyone rude or not polite. You guys are all awesome. I have no doubts that my dogs are in the best hands. I 'd give them in your hands without any doubts! Thanks for doing such a great job!

"We can't say we are just 'customers' of Gentle Care Animal Hospital... the docs and team members have been part of OUR family since the office opened. The care they have provided for our primary dog, Scrambles, and our grandog, Finley the Wonder Dog, and have been more than we could ask for. When it was time for our sweet Scrambles to move on, the love we felt from every member of the staff there was very comforting to us. Now, they show the same love and care for Finley, even if she doesn't deserve it. :) We love everything about Gentle Care Animal Hospital!"

"When we moved from Pennsylvania to Holly Springs in 2001, we visited all the surrounding veterinary hospitals and clinics looking for just the right practice to entrust with our two felines’ health. I talked with numerous vets. Some were very chatty, but didn’t listen to me. Some ladened me with info sheets on the various conditions my pets had, but didn’t discuss what they thought they could do for them. Then I visited Gentle Care. I was shown the entire facility. The office staff was upbeat and courteous; the building was modern, filled with light, and clean as a whistle. Dr. Holman came over to meet me, and shared his zeal for the practice of veterinary medicine.
While animal care is a serious business, and bringing an ailing pet to the vet can be disconcerting, Dr. Holman always puts us at ease, spends all the time necessary to analyze the situation, and never makes you feel like a dummy for not having an answer to a question. His sense of humor is contagious which helps alleviate the anxiety that often accompanies vet trips.
All the doctor’s at Gentle Care are personable and thorough. And all have the uncanny ability to be both experts in veterinary care and human interaction. They are the best. When we’ve boarded an ailing cat while traveling, Gentle Care calls us with updates…even overseas. The entire staff is professional and outgoing. It’s obvious that each truly loves their job; it shows in their demeanor and their faces.
