We do not accept boarding "reservation requests" online. You must call our office at 918-852-4386 to make your reservations. This is the "cagecard" form, and it will not be processed unless you have a confirmed reservation. Please send this form no less than 48 hours in advance of your pet's arrival.

Please note there is no additional charge for feeding hospital food, or your pet's own food. If you choose to bring your own food it must be clearly labeled with the pet's name in individual meal servings.

Do you have a current boarding contract? If not, please print it out and bring a signed copy with your pet upon arrival. We will keep it on file for one year.
